Deep purple/red, medium to full bodied wine with a very spicy (star anise) nose and bitter chocolate, dark berry and coffee on the long dry palate.
14% alcohol.

2007 Chardonnay:
This wine exhibits peach and honey on the nose and palate.
14% alcohol.

2008 Chardonnay:
This wine exhibits tropical and stone fruit characters and is unoaked.
12.5% alcohol.

2008 Shiraz:
This wine has a complex bouquet and a very smooth and long ripe fruit pallet.
15% alcohol.
